I'm worried about Kami. One of his teeth fell out this morning - a bottom fang. I've got to take him to the vet and he HATES going to the vet. They'll have to put him under to clean his teeth, and that's risky.
Worry worry worry.

Here's hoping Kami is OK. Our cat, Mozart, lost teeth as he got older... I don't know how old Kami is, but this could simply be a function of age. If so, it'll mean giving the cat softer food. Mozart kept his appetite up even as he got older, so tooth loss says nothing about overall robustness.
It would be nice if the vet took pity on Kami and replaced the missing fang with one made of diamond, so that the cat will be able to bite through anything.

Thanks, Kevin. He's not that old - he turns six this summer sometime. I thought he had a problem because a few weeks ago he was drooling after he ate. Google said it might be a tooth problem. When the drooling stopped recently I thought he'd gotten better, but apparently not. Poor baby.
Poor Kami. Good luck with his food and teeth. One cat I know had a all his teeth pulled, and he eats only wet food now.
Is Kami Okay? What's the latest with the big bog?
