Hi! Yes, my students know I can draw - it's served me well in the classroom whe I'm trying to explain things, but mostly the kids see cartoonish drawings on the whiteboard. A few students saw the pictures I drew last week, and they all "oooooooh"-ed. "Teacha berry good!" Then they called me an artist in Korean. I forget the word already, though.
I'm not sure which word they used, but one word for "artist" is "hwa-ga." I always thought that sounded funny, because of its resemblance to the sentence "hwa(ga) na-yo," "[subject] get(s) angry."

Have you shown your students your art? I bet they'd love it. I hope you get a scanner and slap larger pics of your art on your blog.
