They look delicious!! The apples we have in the shops now are no fun at all. It will be another couple of months before we can pick apples like yours. But it is worth the wait!
Ahhh--that would make a great pie!
Green apples and smoky cheese are so delish. Try them with a bit of salt! I know it sounds weird, but it's actually goooood. Right now I'm thinking of peanut butter and apples. That sounds like a decent combo, eh?
