Could you please do me a favor? Just as an experiment:
Open up I.E., go to Tools, Internet Options, then click "delete files" and also mark the box "delete offline content". Then try the comment section on my blog again to see if there's any difference. You don't have to leave a comment again if you don't want to - you can send me the results at LostNomad[at]gmail.com
I would have emailed you but didn't see a link to do so.
